HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

All our services are 'From £' - this is because every dogs needs are different! We base our prices on desired style, coat type, coat condition, the dogs temperament and size.

DO YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE DOG AT A TIME?

No! We're strictly a 1-to-1 groomer. We will allow up to two dogs from the same household however.

AT WHAT AGE SHOULD I BRING MY DOG TO YOU?

We highly recommend bringing puppies from 12 weeks old (after their second vaccination) for a puppy introductory session to get them used to the experience. This goes for all breeds with any coat type!

DO YOU USE CRATES OR CAGE DRIERS?

No, we don't use either. I pride myself on being a 1-to-1 groomer where your dog arrives, has my full attention and is collected promptly once finished.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Every dog is different, but here are some estimated times for you:
Full Grooms - 1.5 to 2 hours
Baths - 1 hour
Puppy Introductory Sessions - 1 hour
Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning - 30 minutes to 1 hour

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

All you need to bring is your dog on a lead! You're welcome to provide some treats too.

HOW REGULARLY SHOULD I GET MY DOG GROOMED?

This is very breed specific and can vary from 4 weekly to 12 weekly. Get in touch or ask at your appointment if you need some advice on when to rebook for.

I NEED TO CANCEL/REARRANGE, WHAT DO I DO?

You may cancel or rearrange your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time without charge. Cancelling within the 24 hour period will result in a 50% charge.

WILL YOU GIVE MY DOG FOOD OR WATER?

We will only ever give your dog treats with your consent. We have a water bowl outside the door for your dogs to have a drink as they leave. We generally don't have dogs waiting to be collected for more than five to ten minutes and don't have the facilities to keep your dog any longer and therefore don't have a bowl indoors (unless its hot)!

DO YOU DO ANAL GLANDS AND EAR PLUCKING?

No. I'm not experienced in emptying anal glands or ear plucking and personally believe its a job best left for the vet.
